On Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 the Philadelphia Titan 100 "Climbed to the TOP" with Firstrust Bank, and special guest speaker and 2022 Titan Honoree Marcus Allen, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence!

The TITAN 100 and guests were welcomed to the beautiful headquarters of Firstrust Bank to be inspired, to be challenged, and to be innovative as leaders! The Titans were treated to first-class bites and beverages before sitting down with Marcus Allen who shared his amazing leadership lessons while climbing 19,341 ft and summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro while raising more than $500,000 along the way!
